Warranty & Service Program

Our new horse trailers come with a full 8 year structural & frame warranty, along with a 1 year components warranty. All of our used horse trailers come with a full 2 year structural & frame warranty, along with a 6 months components warranty. In the unlikely event that your trailer would need to be serviced, simply contact us and we can help you locate a qualified RV Dealer/Repair Shop in your area. We will then help arrange for the warranty work to be completed as quickly as possible. Please remember that all warranty work must first be pre-approved by a representative from our company.

We will quickly discuss your problems or concerns. If it's something we can handle on the phone, we'll walk you through the solution and/or ship parts to you. If your trailer needs service, we will locate the closest service location that can handle the problem and contact them. If the problem is covered under warranty and the service is authorized, we will handle all warranty claims and payments. Either way, we will do everything we can to help and get your problem corrected as easily and quickly as possible.

What you should know about buying trailers long distance!

At Sky 89 Equine Carrier Corp, we check over each trailer before they are resold, making sure that all of our pre-owned trailers are as trustworthy as new models. During our inspection process, we verify all components and connections. This means that when we've placed a pre-owned trailer in our inventory, we're positive that you can trust it to work for you , no matter what your towing needs are. This insures that you get what you ordered, and that the trailer is safely ready to roll upon arrival.
